Eligible Entrants:

Entry is only open to venues within NSW, QLD, VIC and WA that are ALM wholesale customers (each an “Eligible Venue”).

Eligible Venues must be within the Promoter’s trading terms throughout the Promotional Period and must not have overdue monies owing in order to be eligible to claim any prize. No employee/person is eligible to win a prize if their store does not meet these requirements.

How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Venue must, during the Promotional Period, purchase any Participating Balter Product (outlined below) from ALM.

Entry will be automatically recorded on purchase.

Entries Permitted:

Multiple entries permitted – an Eligible Venue will receive one (1) entry into the draw for each Participating Balter Product purchased in accordance with the above instructions.

Winner Determination:
Draw:
  • The draw will take place at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00 pm AEDT on 02/02/26 using computerised random selection.
  • The first two (2) valid entries drawn will be the winners of the prizes specified below.
  • In the case of multiple prizes, prizes will be drawn in descending order of value.
  • The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
  • If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day.
  • The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

Prize Description:

The prize is a trip to Gold Coast for the winner and one (1) friend (aged 18 years or older) which includes the following:

  • Return economy class flights from the winner’s nearest capital city to Gold Coast (only provided if winner does not reside in QLD)
  • Two (2) nights twin share accommodation at Mysa Motel
  • Balter Brewery Tour at Balter Brewery Currumbin
  • A $500 Kirra Beach Hotel voucher

Further Prize Details – Travel Conditions:
  • Travel must be taken between 20/02/26 and 20/02/27. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
  • Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  • Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
  • The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
  • If for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of it), that element will be forfeited and not redeemable for cash.
  • The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
  • The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documentation.
  • Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
  • Spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, transport, transfers, and all other ancillary costs are not included unless specified.
  • The Promoter recommends travel insurance at the winner’s own cost.
  • The winner may be required to present a credit card at check-in.
Gift Card Conditions:

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

Winner Notification:

The winners will be contacted via phone and email within one (1) day of the draw and published on the Promoter’s website by 09/02/26.

Unclaimed Prizes:

Prizes must be claimed by 12:00 pm AEDT on 03/03/26. In the event of any unclaimed prize(s), an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 04/03/26. The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via phone and email within one (1) day of the draw and published on the Promoter’s website by 11/03/26.

If there are no prize winner(s), this information will be published on the Promoter’s website.

Conditions of Entry:
  1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of them.
  2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period").
  3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
  4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Venues, agencies/companies directly associated with the Promotion, the Promoter, distributors, suppliers, and associated companies are not eligible to enter.
  5. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.
  6. If a winner chooses not to take their prize, they forfeit it.
  7. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol. Legal aged consumers are advised to follow NHMRC alcohol consumption guidelines: NHMRC Guidelines.
  8. Prize values are accurate at the time of publication; no responsibility is accepted for variations.
  9. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or transferable.
  10. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with one of equal or greater value.
  11. No entry fee is charged.
  12. Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry.

  14. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activities.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries for non-compliance.

  17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for tax implications arising from prize winnings.
  18. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any rights does not constitute a waiver.
