Balter Brewing Winter Merch Giveaway T&Cs

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Entry (Terms) apply to the “Balter Winter Merch Pack Giveaway” (Promotion) conducted by Balter Brewing Company Pty Ltd (ABN 60 603 612 569) of 14 Traders Way, Currumbin Waters, QLD 4223 (Promoter).

1.2. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required.

2.2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies or companies are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion commences at 6:00pm AEST on 3 June 2025 and ends at 11pm AEST on 26 June 2025.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, eligible individuals must complete the online entry form available via the Promoter’s website during the Promotion Period. Entrants must provide full and accurate contact details.

4.2. Limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

5.1. There is one (1) prize pack to be won.

5.2. The prize is a Balter Winter Merch Pack, including:

• 1 x Balter T-Shirt (RRP $60)
• 1 x Balter Hoodie or Jumper (RRP $85) 
• 1 x Balter Long Sleeve (RRP $60)
• 1 x Balter Hat (RRP $35)
• 1 x Carton of Balter Beer – 16 x 375ml cans (RRP $65)
  Total maximum prize value: $305 AUD.

6. Prize Conditions

6.1. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6.2. Alcohol prizes will only be awarded to winners aged 18 years or over and proof of age will be required.

6.3. In line with NSW liquor promotion laws, if a winner resides in NSW and awarding the full carton of beer would breach state limits (20 litres of alcohol under 20% ABV), the beer portion may be substituted for a cash equivalent or excluded at the Promoter’s discretion.

6.4. In line with NT regulations, the beer forms a minor component of the overall prize value and is therefore permitted.

7. Prize Draw and Winner Notification

7.1. The winner will be drawn at random at Balter Brewing Company, 14 Traders Way, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223 on 27 June 2025 at 10:00am AEST.

7.2. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.

7.3. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to a new winner.

8. Use of Personal Information

8.1. Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with Balter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8.2. Entrants may receive future marketing communications from the Promoter unless they opt out via the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

9. Liability

9.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, late or lost entries, or any other errors beyond its reasonable control.

9.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant in connection with the Promotion or prize.

10. General

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or that tampers with the entry process.

10.2. If the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

11.1. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social platform used to promote the competition.
