A COVID case has made its way to Balter HQ Taproom. The contact came on Monday December 27th between 14:30-18:30. The person did not have symptoms when visiting Balter but got some on the 28th and was tested and received a positive COVID test on the 29th.
We are awaiting information from QLD Health. Due to the wait times and lengthy process we have made the call to stay closed until January 2nd (we are closed Dec 31st and Jan 1st anyway).
We are as disappointed as you guys about this and extend our deepest apologies for the inconvenience. We’ll make sure to keep the beers cold for you and can’t wait to let the taps flow again in the new year.
